Terms and conditions will be applicable to all who enter the www.trackbox.lk site whether browsing or transacting. If periods are stated in working days, these include all weekdays except Saturday and Sunday and all statutory holidays.
SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY
Orders will ship out within approximate 5 business days of purchase and delivery within Sri Lanka will take approximately 7 business days from shipment date. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.
Shipping time will be approximate and can vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges will be calculated and charged to the customer based on the weight, dimensions and shipping destination.
